Job description:

Assisting LEAP management team towards various aspects like Project Management, Sales and Marketing to colleges, liasioning with Industry, LEAP planning and tracking and supporting towards achieving LEAP targets.

Qualifications and experience:

• BTech/MTech or equivalent OR MBA OR graduation + relevant experience
• Experience in project management using collaborative platforms, including multi-team coordination and client interfacing
• Good written and verbal communications

Desirable:

• Academic and/or industry experience
• Experience in managing hands-on robotics classes/competitions at the school or college level

Salary:

Rs. 30,000-45,000/- per month, initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance and need.

Project Associate, LEAP, IITM Madras Incubation Cell

Job description:

• Supporting LEAP Programs for institutes including
  • supporting experts for taking sessions,
  • helping students during hands-on activities,
  • coordinating with institutes (faculty, students and other stakeholders)
• Supporting course content development
• Supporting other LEAP activities, helping to achieve LEAP goals

Qualifications and experience:

• BTech/MTech or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communications
• Academic/Industry experience will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Robotics and embedded systems (e.g. with Arduino/ESP32/Raspberry PI) and/or knowledge of 3D printing, CAD software will be an added advantage

Salary:

Rs. 20,000-35,000/- per month, initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance and need.

Job description:

Managing the entire sales process including identifying/connecting with colleges, proposal, negotiation, contract, and payment, Market research, networking, lead generation, marketing campaigns, Liasioning with industry

Qualifications and experience:

• Graduation + MBA OR equivalent
• Practical experience in sales and marketing
• Good written and verbal communications
• Academic Sales and Marketing experience preferable

Salary:

Assistant Sales Manager: Rs. 25,000 - 40,000/- per month

Sales Manager: Rs. 40,000 - 60,000/- per month

Duration:

Initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance and need. Location of work: IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai
